With more than 20 years in the building and construction industry, Lincoln
brings a broad range of practical experience to Linark Building Services.
He is a qualified carpenter and builder, with experience across both
residential and commercial construction.
Lincoln has also spent more than 10 years working as a building supervisor
on new home builds, coordinating trades, managing construction progress,
resolving site issues and helping ensure work is completed to the required
standard.
His experience also includes providing on-call emergency building support
following unexpected property damage. This has included attending urgent
incidents such as trees falling through homes, securing damaged properties
and carrying out immediate make-safe works so insurers and assessors could
safely inspect the site and determine the next steps.
That combination of trade experience, building supervision and emergency
response means Linark can approach repairs and projects with an
understanding of both the immediate problem and the wider building process.
